Feeling Fit and Fabulous!
Exercising has to be something you're comfortable with, something you enjoy and something that fits in with your lifestyle. If this isn't the case, then you simply won't do it.
My job is to find out what you hope to achieve through improving your fitness and how and when you can do this.
In consultation with my client, I draw up a plan which is regularly monitored to help you achieve your goals with a few incentives and rewards along the way!
We all need to know when we're doing well, just as we need encouragement when things aren't going quite as we planned.
Exercise does not have to be done in a structured way, in a specific environment. My job is to help you build it in to your everyday life, so it becomes a healthy habit and you do it without thinking.
If help and advice with exercise is something that you would like, this can be done in conjunction with a nutrition programme or completely on its own. Whatever you feel is right for you.
